Tianhai Guo, MD
Founder, Medical Director
- Dr. Guo is a highly accomplished, board-certified physician with extensive training in medicine, pharmacology, and aesthetic medicine. He received his medical and pharmacology education at Sun Yat-sen University in China and the University of British Columbia in Canada and is a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada. After completing his residency training at Cornell University in New York, he became a state-licensed physician in Washington. Practicing aesthetic medicine since 2012, Dr. Guo specializes in advanced injectable, laser, and energy-based treatments. He was among the early pioneers to introduce Rejuran treatments in the United States and is recognized as a Key Opinion Leader for both Rejuran USA and Thermage. His clinical expertise and commitment to excellence have also helped establish Bellevue Anti-Aging Medical Clinic as an Ultherapy Prime Center of Excellence. In addition to his aesthetic practice, Dr. Guo practices acute care medicine at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, reflecting his dedication to comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. His philosophy is that every person’s beauty is unique and is best enhanced through a thoughtful combination of science and artistry. He is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that deliver natural, refined results while honoring each patient’s individual needs and preferences.

I am an Master Esthetician with a background in nutritional science. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I have always had a passion for helping others stay healthy and look beautiful. After completing my undergrad degree, I decided to pursue this passion by attending the Washington Laser Institute and learning the latest techniques for using esthetic lasers, radiofrequency devices, and body contouring devices. For me, healthy skin is not just about looking good, but also feeling good.
