Truly the kindest staff at Bellevue Anti-Aging Medical Clinic. Doctor Guo is fantastic for all he does- he’s very careful with safety- which I really appreciate. Jenny and her team have been so helpful and kind in helping me with all my questions and concerns! The experience, care, and professionalism outweighs finding another clinic that may be less expensive. They don’t push products, don’t rush through anything, and have put what’s in my best interest first. So refreshing. I highly recommend this clinic.

I did my first Thermage treatment about 1 yr ago with Jenny & Dr Guo. I’m very satisfied with the outcome. My chin area is significantly tighter and my skin is firmer. I enjoy going there for facial. Jenny is very careful while giving the facial. The brand of products that she used is called swissline, which makes skin better and soft to touch. During the process, she will tell you what she will put on your skin and what it does to your skin. And She is not like other esthetician that will try to ask you to buy their product. (She only tell you to try other services that her store provides or products only if you ask her. ) She produces an environment where customers can enjoy and relax in there.

Jenny is GREAT! Patient, helpful and thoughtful, all you can ask for from a professional aesthetic practitioner. I was very nervous before I went but Jenny made me feel like home. She explained the process well and thorough, and answered my all questions patiently. During the treatment, she used single use tips–hygiene and safe, and calmed me by explaining the process while she’s applying the tip across my eyes and face.
